Is there an option to increase the maximum no. of days a customer can pause the subscription?
Solution
There is an option to set a 90-day maximum limit to pause a Subscription. There is no way this can be overridden in the backend as well. This is the defined amount. This is due to logs being stored only for 90 days.
As a workaround, you can do either of the following:
Use Pause Subscription API by passing the resume_date
Choose Pause Indefinitely from Admin Console/Chargebee UI and set the resume date or resume manually.
