Work model
Adaptive Workplace Model (AWM) is Chargebee's work model, designed to offer flexibility without compromising business outcomes and adaptive to external uncertainties (e.g., pandemic, market conditions). It has the following work modes:
Work from the office
For teams to work together on-site, collaborating directly with teams at a dedicated Chargebee office.
Coworking mode
Coworking spaces for teams that cannot access Chargebee’s dedicated offices In India.
Remote
Effective remote work using digital tools at Chargebee for communication and collaboration.
Offsites
Along with the Flexible-Hybrid work week, teams participate in offsites for goal-setting, planning, and team-building.
As a part of AWM, we are currently following the Flexible-Hybrid Format. This format has a Flexible-Hybrid calendar that has been designed for deeper collaboration, increased opportunities for rapport-building and more shared time to work on things together.
