If you cannot see invited team members in the Team Members list in Chargebee, it may be because their invitations are pending or inactive. These invitations do not appear in the active team list. Follow these steps to manage pending invitations:
Navigate to the Pending Invitations section:
Go to Chargebee > Settings > Team members.
Click on the See pending invite -> to view all invitations that are not yet accepted.
Manage the invitations:
To resend an invitation, find the team member's name and click Resend Invite.
To revoke an invitation, find the team member's name and click Revoke Invite.
Confirm the status:
After resending or revoking, check the Team members list to ensure the changes reflect as expected.
Important Notes
Only pending or inactive invitations will appear in the "Pending invites" section.
Ensure that the email addresses used for invitations are correct to avoid delivery issues.
