Summary

You can design your own email templates using your own HTML file. You can then import this into Chargebee using the Import HTML option in Chargebee.

Note:

1. Chargebee supports only inline CSS styles.

2. Custom HTML can only be imported to individual emails and does not apply to the Customize Master template.

To import HTML of your own Go to, Chargebee Dashboard,

Settings

Configure Chargebee

Email notifications

Select the Email notification which you want to edit

Click Import HTML to use your custom code.
