Summary

You can design your own email templates using your own HTML file. You can then import this into Chargebee using the Import HTML option in Chargebee.

Note:

  1. Chargebee supports only inline CSS styles. (Customizing or overriding the inline CSS on top of the existing template is not supported).

  2. Custom HTML can only be imported into individual emails and does not apply to the Customize Master template.

To import your own HTML, go to Chargebee Dashboard,

Configure Chargebee

Email notifications

Select the Email notification which you want to edit

Click Import HTML to use your custom code.
