How to automate orders in Chargebee?

Problem Statement

You sell physical goods and want shipping statuses and order information synced to Chargebee. You want to know how to enable orders from the UI.

Solution

Chargebee's Orders feature lets you automate order creation based on the products you sell and the intervals you sell them for. Orders created in Chargebee can be synced to your fulfillment platform.

To enable orders, navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Billing LogIQ > Orders and click Enable. For configuration details (cut-off dates, shipment dates, etc.), see Orders.

Additional Information

Chargebee supports integration with the following fulfillment platforms:

1. ShipStation integration
2. Shopify integration
3. BigCommerce integration
4. For unsupported fulfillment services, use the Orders APIs to build a custom integration.
