The 'Use UTC on data exports' setting in Chargebee is specifically designed for manual exports, such as CSV files, and does not apply to webhook payloads. Webhook payloads use the time zone configured for your Chargebee site.
To ensure your webhook payloads reflect the desired time zone, you can adjust your site's time zone settings by following these steps:
Navigate to Settings: Log in to your Chargebee account and go to Settings.
Access Configure Chargebee: Under the Settings menu, select Configure Chargebee.
Select Business Profile: Within the Configure Chargebee section, click on Business Profile.
Change Time Zone: Locate the time zone setting and select your preferred time zone from the dropdown menu. Navigate to Settings->Configure Chargebee->Business Profile->Time Zone
By following these steps, your webhook payloads will use the updated time zone settings.
