Solution
The Use UTC on data exports setting applies only to manual exports (for example, CSV). It does not apply to webhook payloads. Webhook payloads use the time zone configured for your Chargebee site.
To change the time zone used in webhook payloads, update the site time zone.
Steps to Set It Up
Log in to Chargebee and go to Settings.
Open Configure Chargebee > Business Profile.
Find Time zone, select the desired time zone from the dropdown, then click Save.
Webhook payloads will use the updated time zone.
Important Notes
"Use UTC on data exports" affects only manual exports, not webhooks.
You need the right permissions to change site settings.
