Why is the HSN number not displayed in Invoices?

Problem Statement

How do I display HSN numbers on invoices? I can enter the value at the plan level but it doesn't appear on invoices.

Solution

For INR currency, the HSN code entered at the plan level is used for tax calculation only and is not shown in invoice details.

Steps to Set It Up (Workaround)

To show HSN codes on invoices:

1. Add the HSN code in the description of each plan (and addon, if needed)
2. Enable Show the plan description in Invoices when editing the plan
3. Click Apply Changes to save

The HSN code will appear as the description under the plan name on invoices.
