Filter Omnichannel Subscriptions

You can use filters on the Omnichannel Subscriptions page to narrow down subscriptions based on specific attributes such as store source, subscription status, app, or store-side identifiers. Filtering helps you quickly locate relevant subscriptions and prepare focused views for reporting, troubleshooting, and operational workflows.

What is Omnichannel Subscription filtering?

Omnichannel Subscription filtering lets you refine the list of omnichannel subscriptions displayed in Chargebee by applying attribute-based filters.

Filters work across multiple related entities in the omnichannel data model, including:

  • Connected App (for example, app name)
  • Omnichannel Subscription (for example, source)
  • Omnichannel Subscription Item (for example, status, ID at source)

You apply filters using the Filter list option on the Omnichannel Subscriptions page. Filters take effect only after you explicitly apply them.

Supported filter attributes

You can filter omnichannel subscriptions using the following attribute categories:

Connected App

  • Name – The name of the app connected to Chargebee.

Omnichannel Subscription

  • Source – The store where the subscription was created (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Omnichannel Subscription Item

  • Status – The current status of the omnichannel subscription item, such as Active, Expired, or Cancelled.
  • ID at source – The subscription or product identifier used by the external store.

You can combine multiple filters to create a more specific view of your omnichannel subscriptions.

How to use Omnichannel Subscription filters?

Follow these steps to apply filters to the Omnichannel Subscriptions list:

  1. Login to Chargebee and navigate to Omnichannel Subscriptions.
  2. Click Filter list.
  3. Click Add Filter.
  4. From the Choose Attribute list, select the attribute you want to filter by.
  5. Specify the filter value or condition.
  6. Click Apply Filter to update the subscriptions list.

The subscriptions list refreshes to show only the subscriptions that match the applied filters.

To refine the results further, add or modify filters and click Apply Filter again.

When should you use this filter?

Use Omnichannel Subscription filters in the following scenarios:

  • Analyze subscriptions by store

    • Filter by Source to view only Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscriptions.
  • Review subscription lifecycle states

    • Filter by Status to identify active, expired, or cancelled subscriptions.
  • Troubleshoot store-side issues

    • Filter by ID at source to investigate discrepancies using Apple or Google identifiers.
  • Manage multiple apps

    • Filter by Connected App name to view subscriptions for a specific app.
  • Prepare customized reports

    • Combine multiple filters to review or export a targeted set of omnichannel subscriptions for analytics, finance, or operations.
