Changing App Language 


The App Localization feature is currently in Beta.

Chargebee Billing now supports localized content with multiple User Interface (UI) languages helping you with better understanding and usage. You can seamlessly switch to your preferred language at any time and use the Chargebee application with ease. In addition to App Localization, if you are selling to customers around the world, you can configure multiple languages for your Chargebee Invoices, Credit Notes, Email notifications, Checkout, and Customer Portal to communicate with your customers in their native languages.

Supported Languages 

The App Localization feature(Beta) currently supports the following languages:

  • French
  • German
  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • Portuguese
  • Dutch

Changing App Language 

Follow the steps below to change your app language:

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site.

  2. On the left navigation pane, click the ellipsis icon that appears next to your name at the bottom.

  3. Click Change app language and you will be redirected to My Account page. You can also click Manage Account and you will be redirected to the My Account page.

  4. On the My Account page, under Account Details > App Language, English is selected as your default language. Click this field to change and select your preferred language from the list.

  5. Click Save to change your app language.

Your Chargebee UI will switch to the language you selected and you can now continue to navigate and use Chargebee Billing more effortlessly.
