Adyen Sofort is not configured in your gateway account

Problem Statement

Sofort is enabled in Adyen but I still see "Sofort is not configured in your gateway account." Why?

Solution

The error occurs when the Sofort constraint in your Adyen merchant account is incorrect. Set the Sofort payment method Minimum Value to 0.01 EUR (not 1.00 EUR).

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Log in to your Adyen merchant account
  2. Go to the Sofort payment method settings
  3. Set Minimum Value to 0.01 EUR
