Solution

The error message 'An error occurred while redirecting to PayPal' occurs due to the error "Copy billing address option is not enabled for your PayPal account."

This basically means that you will be required to activate the "PayPal Billing Address Request" feature activated in your PayPal account. This feature can be activated by asking the PayPal Merchant Technical support team to enable this feature in your PayPal merchant account.
