Summary

You might have the need to negotiate your one-time purchases/non-recurring addons (charges) prices with some of your customers and apply a custom price for them. In such cases, it might not be feasible to create a new addon/charge for each customer.

Solution

You can override the price of plans in Chargebee Billing. For one-time purchases such as non-recurring addons (Charges in Product Catalog 2.0), set a custom price in the Chargebee UI. At Checkout, pass the custom price through the Hosted Pages API so the override remains in your control. Customers do not have price-override controls on Checkout.
