Summary
This could happen due to incorrect URLs for your current Product Catalog version. The first step is to know which version of the Product Catalog you are using (Legacy Product Catalog or Latest Product Catalog). You can get to know if you are using Legacy Product Catalog or Latest Product Catalog by checking these options. Once you know which version you are using then we can check the URL format.

Finding the version of Product Catalog
URL format for Legacy Product Catalog
If you are using Legacy Product Catalog then you checkout URL should be similar to - https://{sitename}.chargebee.com/hosted_pages/plans/

URL format for Latest Product Catalog
If you are using Latest Product Catalog then you checkout URL should be similar to - https://{sitename}.chargebee.com/hosted_pages/checkout?subscription_items[item_price_id][0]={plan-id}
