How to export the comments from the customer?

This article explains how to export comments added to customer records in Chargebee.

Solution

You can export customer comments from the customer index page. The exported data includes a CustomerComments.csv file, where the customer comments are available in the Notes column.

Steps to set it up

1. Navigate to Customers and go to the customer index page.
2. Click Export.
3. Select Download Data.
4. Open the exported file.
5. Access the CustomerComments.csv file.
6. Review the Notes column to view the exported customer comments.
