Unable to create subscription using Chargebee iFrame on HubSpot
Problem Statement
You cannot create subscriptions through the Chargebee iFrame embedded in HubSpot. This blocks customer creation and disrupts the integration workflow.
The cause is usually that the Company record is not set as the Primary Company for the HubSpot deal.
Solution
Set the Company record as the Primary Company on the HubSpot deal before creating a subscription through the Chargebee iFrame.
Configuration steps
- Open the relevant Deal in HubSpot.
- Review the Company records linked to the deal.
- Identify the correct Company to associate with Chargebee.
- Set this Company as the Primary Company for the deal.
- Retry creating the subscription through the Chargebee iFrame.
