Unable to Create Subscription Using Chargebee iFrame on HubSpot

You may encounter an issue where they are unable to create subscriptions through the Chargebee iframe embedded within HubSpot. This prevents the successful creation of customers and disrupts the integration workflow.

The root cause is typically that the associated Company record is not set as the primary company for the HubSpot deal.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, ensure that the Company record is set as the Primary Company on the HubSpot deal before attempting to create a subscription through the Chargebee iFrame.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the relevant Deal record in HubSpot.

  2. Review the associated Company records linked to the deal.

  3. Identify the correct Company to associate with Chargebee.

  4. Set this Company as the Primary Company for the deal.

  5. Retry creating the subscription through the Chargebee iFrame.

After completing these steps, the subscription creation process should be successful.
