Hubspot Sync failure emails

Problem Statement

This article explains how to receive email notifications when HubSpot sync fails and when Chargebee sends these emails.

Solution

You can configure Chargebee to send automated emails when HubSpot sync jobs fail.

Steps to Set It Up

1. Turn on the toggle Allow Chargebee to send sync failure emails.
2. By default, emails go to the address used to connect the HubSpot integration. Click Change default recipient to update it.
3. Use Add Recipients to add more email addresses for failure notifications.

Important Notes

Chargebee sends sync failure emails only when these sync jobs fail: Missing Deals Pipeline and Invalid/expired Authentication.
