Solution
Use the Bulk Operations feature to download invoices as PDFs in bulk from Chargebee Billing.
Configuration steps
- Go to the Invoices tab.
- Choose the date range or criteria for the invoices you need.
- Click Export.
- Click Export as PDF to download the invoices in PDF format.
API: For automation, use the Chargebee API Documentation for exporting invoices.
Note:
- Up to 100 invoices are merged into one PDF file.
- For larger exports, the system creates multiple PDF files and compresses them into a ZIP file.
