I'm a merchant who wants to communicate in Japanese with my customers, what should I do?
Problem Statement
Japanese is not available by default in Chargebee. You need to add it, upload a language pack, and enable it in your site settings. See the complete list of supported locales.
Solution
Configuration steps
Contact Chargebee Support to add Japanese to the list of languages for your site.
Upload the language pack with translation text in Japanese.
Enable Japanese in Settings > Configure Chargebee > Languages.
