Solution
Chargebee uses Stripe Radar to evaluate transactions. When Stripe marks a transaction as suspicious, Chargebee sends a notification. Stripe classifies transactions as fraud or safe and passes that information to Chargebee, which then notifies merchants via email.

Display fraud alerts at customer level
Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Billing LogIQ > Fraud Monitor Settings and enable Display alerts on fraud detection at customer level.
Disable or restrict fraud emails
- Go to Settings > Chargebee Notifications.
- Click Manage.
- Select email recipients.
- Toggle the switch to disable fraud monitoring emails or restrict recipients.
- Click Apply Changes.
