Resend E-mail option from the E-mail Logs is grayed out?

Problem Statement

This article explains why the Resend button is grayed out in Email Logs and how to resend emails when needed.

Solution

The Resend option in Email Logs is available only for failed emails, not for emails that were successfully sent. You cannot resend a previously successful email using the Resend button.

Alternatives to resend content

  1. Forward from logs – Open the email in the logs and use the Forward option.
  2. Send from invoice – Open the invoice and use the Send email option.
