How to delete a product family?

Problem Statement

The delete button for a product family is disabled. Why?

The delete button is disabled when any of the following exist:

• Subscriptions attached to plans or addons that are not deleted
• Existing price points under any plan or addon that are not deleted
• Plans, addons, or charges linked to the product family that are not deleted

Even if plans or addons are archived, the product family cannot be deleted.

Once all related entities are deleted, Delete Product Family becomes enabled.
