Error when removing scheduled cancellation: Billing cycle cannot be lesser than 1

Scope

  • How to remove a cancellation that is scheduled for a subscription?
  • How to continue renewals for a subscription that will cancel?

Solution:

When removing the scheduled cancellation for a subscription, you will have to select the number of Billing Cycles that the subscription must continue renewing for.

The two options are:

  • Forever: This means that the subscription will renew indefinitely until further action is taken.

  • Fixed: You will need to enter in the number of billing cycles that the subscription must renew for.

The error occurs when ‘Fixed' is the option chosen, with the number of billing cycles input as ‘0'. The minimum value accepted is ‘1'.

If your intention is to change or shift the current cancellation date, then you can use the Edit Scheduled Cancellation option as mentioned here.
