When you attempt to pause a subscription in Chargebee and encounter the error message "Cannot schedule pause if subscription changes are scheduled," it indicates that there are pending changes to the subscription that must be addressed before pausing.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Check for Scheduled Changes: Navigate to the subscription details page.
Go to Subscriptions page, seclect the subscription that you want to pause.
On the subscription details page, you will see a schedule change pop-up.
Identify Active Subscription Ramp: Determine if there is an active subscription ramp.
