Change sync rules in Intacct integration

Problem Statement

You need to change sync rules (entity and transaction definitions) for the Sage Intacct integration so you can control how invoices and credit notes are synced.

Solution

Sync rules are configured in the Intacct integration’s Manage mapping section. There you can choose the entity used for invoices and the transaction definition used for credit notes.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Go to SettingsThird-Party IntegrationsIntacct Integration.
  2. Under Manage how Chargebee syncs data with Intacct, click Manage mapping.
  3. Configure the entity for invoices and the transaction definition for credit notes as needed. Save the mapping.
