How to sign in with Xero account?

Problem Statement

You want to connect your Xero account to Chargebee so invoices and related details sync automatically, and optionally align existing Xero data with Chargebee.

Solution

The Chargebee Xero integration syncs invoices and related details to your Xero account. You can link an existing Xero organization and choose to sync data from a specific date. Click here to see what is synced to Xero from Chargebee.

Steps to Set It Up

1. Connect your Xero account under Apps » Xero. Select Xero, click Connect, and link your Xero organization.
2. Add account information on plans and add-ons in Chargebee.
3. Complete prerequisites:
   • Currency: Enable in Xero the same currencies that are enabled in Chargebee.
   • Map invoices already in Xero: If Chargebee invoices already exist in Xero, map them in this step so Chargebee does not create duplicates.
4. Set up reconciliation for Stripe (if applicable).
5. Configure sync rules for different account and payment types.
6. Configure taxes.
7. Set the sync start date.
