Where can I view and manage my invoices for my Chargebee site/account?

I can't find my monthly billing invoices for Chargebee

Summary

If you want to view or access your account details for the plans that you have opted in Chargebee or view your past invoices for a detailed walkthrough you can refer to the Billing History section under Manage Account.

To view a bill/an invoice:

1. Go to Chargebee Dashboard, scroll down to the bottom left corner of the page

2. Click on your User name

   

3. Click Manage Account > Billing History

   

4. On the Billing History page, you can see the plan name, price and date of purchase for all items in the invoice.

   

5. To print or save a PDF copy of the invoice, select Download.
