Note:

  1. Create a Chargebee Quote from the Deal Object
    When Chargebee CPQ is enabled, you can generate a quote directly from the Chargebee Quotes CRM card in a HubSpot deal.
  2. Link the Company with a Contact
    Ensure the company and contact are linked before creating the deal—this is necessary for Chargebee customer sync.
  3. Deal Type and Quote Type Mapping
    • New Business: New Business and One-Time quote types
    • Existing Business: Amendment and Renewal quote types
  4. Customer Creation in Chargebee
    Selecting a contact during quote creation will automatically create the customer record in Chargebee.
