Empty Product Family Field in Salesforce

Problem Statement

This article explains why the Product Family field is empty in Salesforce and where to find product family data synced from Chargebee.

Solution

Chargebee does not sync product family data to the standard Product Family field in Salesforce. Instead, it uses a custom field called CB Item Family, where product family information from Chargebee is stored.
