How can we configure reminder emails when a subscription renews?

How to configure the renewal emails of a subscription?

How to notify a customer before their subscription renews?

You can configure the Subscription Renewal reminder using the email notifications feature. Navigate to ** Settings **> ** Configure Chargebee **> ** Email Notifications **. Two email reminders are available by default. However, you can add more notifications if necessary using the Add Notification button at the top right.

If you'd like to send an email at the time of subscription renewal, you can enable the Invoice Receipt email notification that is generated at renewal. This would also include the invoice as an attachment.

You can select the Send To to choose which group of customers needs to receive this email. You can use segmentation to define customer groups. Click Here for more info.

Chargebee also has reminder notifications for Subscription Cancellation. You can find it in the "Customer Retention" section of the email notification settings page.

You can modify the number of days before which reminder notifications are sent. Use the Edit option and enter the required number of days in the textbox.
