This article explains how to resolve the Office365 SMTP error about the email address not being authorized, verified, or blocked.
When using Office365 as your SMTP provider, the From Address configured in Chargebee must match the username used in your Office365 SMTP settings. If they do not match, this error will persist and emails will not send.
To fix: Ensure the username in your SMTP settings is the same as the From Address configured in Chargebee under Manage From Addresses.
