Why am I not able to find the existing plan price point in the list of plans while changing a subscription in my Latest Product Catalog site?

Problem Statement

I created a new plan in the same currency, but its price point does not appear when changing a subscription. Why?

Solution

A plan price point appears in the change-subscription list only when these conditions are met:

  1. Currency: The new plan's currency must match the existing subscription's plan currency (e.g., both USD).
  2. Product family: The new plan must be in the same Product Family as the existing subscription's plan.
  3. Price amount: The price point must have a configured price amount. Price points without a set amount are not shown.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Confirm the new plan uses the same currency as the current subscription plan.
  2. Ensure the new plan is in the same Product Family as the current plan.
  3. Edit the price point and set the price amount if it is missing.
