How do I fix a price above the maximum value 21474836.47?

Problem Statement

A plan price or a tier price above the site limit shows this error:

"price : is greater than max value 21474836.47, Contact support to increase the currency limit for your site."

The same limit appears on a tier price as "tiers[price] : is greater than max value 21474836.47".

Solution

Without High Value Currency, the maximum price is 21,474,836.47. Contact Chargebee Support to enable High Value Currency. With High Value Currency enabled, the maximum is 90,071,992,547,409.91.

Important Notes

  • The .NET SDK does not support this higher amount. Other SDKs still stop at 90,071,992,547,409.91.
  • Confirm the limit with Chargebee Support before you save a price above 21,474,836.47.
