You receive the error "Sorry, we couldn't find that resource" while creating or updating a quick charge for zero value.
This error occurs when you try to generate invoices for zero-value items while the Hide Zero-Value Line Items setting is enabled in Billing LogIQ. Disable this setting to generate invoices for zero-value items.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Billing LogIQ.
Step 2: Uncheck Hide Zero-Value Line Items and click Update Billing LogIQ.
Step 3: Try creating a zero-value charge again. The invoice should generate successfully.
