How to send an email notification for Subscription Reactivation

This article explains how to notify customers by email when a cancelled subscription is reactivated.

Solution

Configure the subscription reactivation email under Settings > Configure Chargebee > Email Notifications > Subscription activation > From Canceled State. This notification triggers when a subscription is reactivated from a cancelled state.

Steps to Set It Up

1. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Email Notifications.
2. Open Subscription activation.
3. Select From Canceled State.
4. Configure the email template and save.
