Once the subscription is cancelled, you can reactivate it, the reactivation can be notified to the customers via email notification.
You can set up the subscription reactivation email reminder under Settings > Configure Chargebee > Email Notifications > Subscription activation > From Canceled State (This option of email notification will trigger when the subscription is reactivated from cancelled state).
