Is it possible to add multiple customers to a single subscription

Summary:

It is not possible to have multiple customers in Chargebee attached to a single subscription record. Customers and subscriptions have a direct relationship with each other.

Every subscription record has a unique ID that is directly linked to a customer ID. You can learn more about the different data objects in Chargebee and how they're linked to each other here.

Depending on your use case and requirement, one way to allow multiple customers access to a single subscription is by using Account Hierarchy. This feature allows you to establish a Parent <> Child relationship between customer records and accordingly grant access to the subscription.
