Can segments be created across entities in Chargebee?

Can I create segments across entities for email segmentation and notifications?

Solution

Chargebee does not support creating or using segments across entities. Customer-level emails (e.g., "Customer created") can only be segmented using segments created from the Customer Index page. The same applies to subscription and invoice-related emails.

Steps to Set It Up

1. Go to the Customer Index page
2. Create a customer-level segment using the filters you need
3. Associate the segment with the relevant email notification (e.g., Customer created)
