2. Add the one-time charge to the subscription as an unbilled charge: open the subscription > Add charge > add the one-time charge to unbilled charges

3. Raise an advance invoice for the unbilled charges (plan + one-time charge)

4. The advance invoice will include both the plan and the one-time charge.
