Multi Decimal pricing is enabled but Invoice is still rounding off

Problem Statement

Why is the total invoice amount rounded off even though Multi Decimal pricing is configured?

Solution

Multi-decimal support allows up to 20 decimal places for prices and units. If the backend setting is enabled but invoice amounts still round to zero, a site-wide setting in Billing LogIQ must be turned on.

Steps to Set It Up

1. Go to Configure Chargebee > Billing LogIQ
2. Enable the Multi Decimal pricing / decimal display setting for invoices
