Can I edit the date on an invoice after it's generated?

Problem Statement

You need to change the date on an invoice that has already been generated.

Solution

Changing the date on a generated invoice is not allowed in Chargebee. You can void the invoice and regenerate it with the correct date.

Alternatively, you can import the invoice with a historical date via bulk CSV import or the API.
