Solution
Chargebee does not provide a built-in UI view specifically for listing customers by highest MRR. You can create a custom detailed report in RevenueStory > Report Builder, include customer and subscription fields, and then export the report to sort customers by Current MRR in descending order.
Steps to set it up
- Go to RevenueStory > Report Builder.
- Select Build New Report.
- Choose Detailed Report.
- Add the following fields:
- Customer > Customer ID
- Customer > Company
- Customer > Email
- Subscription > Subscription ID
- Subscription > Current MRR
- Click Build Report.
- Export the report.
