Reason Codes Error "Sorry the url or the some of the parameters are not valid"
Problem Statement
You receive the error "Sorry the URL or some of the parameters are not valid" when enabling "Adding a reason code for Subscription Cancellation is mandatory" under Reason codes > Subscription Cancellation.
Solution
This error usually occurs when the cancel subscription and reason code settings are not published under Checkout and Self-Serve Portal configuration.
Configuration Steps
Step 1: Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self-Serve Portal in the UI.
Step 2: Check whether the cancel subscription setting under Portal is turned ON or OFF.
Step 3: Verify that the settings are published.
Step 4: If the settings are not published, publish them and try activating the reason codes again.
