Solution

In the Chargebee UI, webhook IDs are shown in the form whv2_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. You can use this ID to find the exact webhook event in logs.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Go to Logs > Events.
  2. Use Advanced filters.
  3. Set Webhook ID > equals to the ID (e.g. whv2_xxxxxxxxxxxxx).
