Field-Mapping for Pipedrive

The Pipedrive integration syncs a set of standard fields from Chargebee to Pipedrive. The details of all the mapped fields are given below, for each Pipedrive object. Whenever the data in Chargebee changes, these fields in Pipedrive are overwritten by data in the corresponding Chargebee field on every sync. There is no flow of data in the reverse direction: from Pipedrive to Chargebee.

Additional Fields
Apart from the standard fields listed below, you also have the option to sync certain additional fields from Chargebee to Pipedrive.

Person 

The table below shows the default Chargebee fields that are mapped to the Pipedrive Person object.

Name First name and Last name. Eg. If First name is set to "Sarah" and Last name is set to "Akomolafe" in Chargebee, the Name field for the Pipedrive person would be set as "Sarah Akomolafe". Customer

CB Customer ID* Id Customer
CB Customer MRR* Total monthly recurring revenue for the customer Customer

CB Customer Status*

Indicates whether the mapped customer record in Chargebee has been deleted. The possible values are:

  • Active - set when the person record is first created/updated by Chargebee.
  • Deleted - set when the mapped Chargebee customer record has been deleted, provided setting 4 is set accordingly.
Customer

Organization 

If setting 3 in the configuration is enabled, Chargebee also pushes certain customer fields to the organization object in Pipedrive. The table below shows the fields mapped.

Name The company name of the Chargebee customer. Customer
CB Status*

Indicates whether the mapped customer record in Chargebee has been deleted. The possible values are:

  • Active - set when the organization record is first created/updated by Chargebee, provided setting 3 is enabled.
  • Deleted - set when the mapped Chargebee customer record has been deleted, provided setting 4 is set accordingly.
Customer

Deal 

Deals in Pipedrive can also be updated with Chargebee subscription fields when the configuration is enabled. The same configuration also allows you to have one-time invoices raised for customers to be mapped to deals in Pipedrive. The field-mapping is given below.

CB Invoice ID* Invoice Id Invoice Not synced if the deal is linked to a subscription and not a one-time invoice.
