Convert Quote to Subscription

Once your customer accepts the quote via email or e-signature of a new business quote, you can convert the quote into a subscription by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the Quote details page, and mark the quote status as Accepted.

   

2. Under Quote Management, click Create Subscription to convert the quote and create a subscription record from the quote.

   

3. On the Create Subscription pop-up, select your preferred settings for the subscription and click Confirm.

   

4. Verify the charges and click Create.

   

5. The subscription record is successfully created from the quote. You can view the subscription record created and linked under the Subscription details section of the quote details page.

   

6. Click the Subscription ID to navigate to the subscription record and view further details along with the associated invoice.

   

In case of amendment or renewal quotes, you can follow the same steps as above to update the associated subscription record based on the quote that is accepted. When you update the quote status as Accepted, the renewal quote details page displays Update Subscription instead of Create Subscription. Click the Update Subscription option to update the subscription based on the quote.
