If no approvals are pending or requested, you can send a quote to your customer for acceptance using any of the following methods:
Navigate to the Quote > Quote Index Page. Select a quote to display Quote Details Page, click Send Email, customize the content, and send the email to the customer to request their acceptance.
Prerequisite: Set up PandaDoc integration
Navigate to the Quote > Quote Index Page. Select a quote to display Quote Details Page, click Send via PandaDoc to send the quote using PandaDoc e-signature to collect the customer's acceptance electronically.
Navigate to the Quote > Quote Index Page. Select a quote to display Quote Details Page, click View as PDF to download the quote.
You can send it as an attachment through your CRM or any external email platform.
