Data Validation Step - Intercom

Problem Statement

The data validation step shows only 1000 customers even though I have more than 1000 records in Chargebee. I see the error "We could not find any records in Chargebee with the Chargebee Customer Field you have selected" during data validation.

Solution

1. Validation limited to 1000 records: The initial validation step runs on the first 1000 records only. After the initial sync completes, you can validate the data and then sync all records using Sync All Records.

2. No records found for selected field: This error appears when a Chargebee custom field is mapped to an Intercom field in sync preferences, but no Chargebee customer records have a value for that custom field. Add values to the custom field for the relevant customers to resolve the error.
