Quick Charge limit of 10 while adding it to a quote?

Problem Statement

This article helps you understand quick charge limit of 10 while adding it to a quote.

Solution

This article covers

Is there any workaround to add more than 10 Quick Charges over Quote or ad hoc Invoices?

Summary

Currently, there is a limit on how many Charges that can be added to the Quotes and ad hoc Invoices and the limit is 10. Solution

  1. There indeed is a limit on how many Charges can be added to a quote and ad hoc invoices and the limit is 10 if you are on our latest version and 30 if you are using our older version.

  2. But as a workaround, we would suggest you use the "Add Charge" option once your "Quick Charge" option disappears after adding 10 of them.

  3. Also as a second workaround, you can create the charges as Unbilled Charges in bits and do an invoice at the customer or subscription level at once with all the added charges as shown in the below Screen recording.
