This article explains how to add, update, or display your organization address on customer invoices and where to configure address format or limitations.
To display your organization address on customer invoices, add or update it under Settings > Configure Chargebee > Business Entities.
Note:
If you have configured inclusive tax in your tax settings, the organization address cannot be changed. Tax rates are computed based on the organization address country.
To customize how the organization address appears on the invoice, go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Invoices, Credit Notes and Quotes. You can choose from three formats: single line, expanded, or custom.
You can configure only one organization address per Chargebee site.
