How do I cancel my Chargebee account?

This article explains how to submit a cancellation request for your Chargebee account.
Solution
You can submit a cancellation request from your Chargebee site.
Steps to Set It Up
- Open your user profile (bottom left) > Manage Account.
- On the next page, click Manage account.
- Select the subscription and choose Cancel Subscription.
Note:
Only the account owner can submit a cancellation request. If you have an Account Manager, you can contact them for help. If your site is already activated, the cancellation option appears only on the Live site.
To reactivate a previously canceled Chargebee subscription, contact Chargebee Support.
