You can raise a cancellation request from your Chargebee site.
To cancel go to your user profile (bottom left corner)** -> Manage Account -> Select the subscription -> Click Cancel.**
Note
Only the account owner can submit a cancellation request.
If you have an Account Manager, reach out to them for assistance.
If your Chargebee site is already activated, the cancellation option will be available only on the LIVE site.
If you would like to reactivate a previously canceled Chargebee subscription, contact Chargebee support.
