Cumulative billing is the total amount you've invoiced to customers through Chargebee over time - not your ARR or MRR at any given moment. For example, if you bill $8K in month one, $12K in month two, and $15K in month three, you've hit $35K in cumulative billing. The free offer continues until your total billing reaches $1 million.

You'll transition to standard or custom Performance plan pricing, which varies based on your billing volume and any add-ons you've chosen. We'll notify you before you hit the threshold and work with you to ensure a smooth transition. Our team can walk you through the specific pricing during your onboarding.
